We are pleased to welcome you to share our bright, spacious renovated 2-storey Century home. Enjoy a cold drink on the private backyard deck overlooking the garden and pond or on the front verandah where you can watch the world go by. Relax in the guest sitting room while you read, listen to music, watch satellite TV or play a game. Leave the car "at home" while you walk to all nearby amenities: four theatres, downtown shops, restaurants, galleries and gardens.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

We have three guest rooms:
Room 1, the main floor Spring Room, has a queen size bed and ensuite bath.
Room 2, the main floor Summer Room, has a queen size bed and private bath.
Room 3, the second floor Autumn Room, has two twin beds and private bath.

Main floor guest kitchenette has fridge and microwave and coffee-and tea-making provisions. Terry bathrobes are provided for rooms with private baths. Central air conditioning, hardwood and ceramic floors throughout. Wireless Internet.

Our two friendly indoor resident cats, Angus and Duncan, are unfortunately unable to accommodate visitors' pets.

BREAKFAST

Full breakfast is served in hosts' second-floor dining room. A variety of juices, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt is followed by a hot dish served each morning. We strive to accommodate special dietary needs and appreciate this information in advance . Herbal tea and baking is waiting for you after evening theatre.

RATES

Our room rate is $130.00 (CAD) per night, plus applicable taxes. Payment may be made with cash, personal cheques, Visa, MasterCard or Interac. We offer reduced rates during the off- season and we are open all year. Please note that we may be unavailable in some periods of the off-season Dec-Apr.

POLICIES

Check-in 3 p.m. or later. Check-out 11 a.m. We are happy to accommodate earlier or later check-ins with advance notice please. We require a deposit of $50.00 per room at the time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
