The Leopold Room: King bed or 2 twin set-up. Hardwood maple floors. Custom shower designed and installed by your host, Kelly. Views of St. James Church, the Shakespearean Gardens and the Perth County Courthouse.

The Apricot Room: Two twin bed set-up or King bed. Hardwood maple floors. Custom shower designed and installed by your host, Kelly. Views of St. James Church, and downtown Stratford.

The Grover Suite: Queen bed. Hardwood maple floors. Custom designed bathroom with clawfoot tub (and shower) with stunning views - it's a "Loo with a View"! Views of St. James & St. Joseph's Church. Private sunporch sitting area.

The Nicolas Room: Queen bed. Hardwood maple floors. Large bathroom with tub and shower - it's another "Loo with a View" as its window looks out at the Shakespearean Gardens and the Perth County Courthouse. Room view is of the Avon river and Shakespearean Gardens.

BREAKFAST

December through April we offer a hearty Continental breakfast of fresh-baked muffins or sweetbreads, fruit, cereal, coffee (roasted in-house), teas, juice, toast, etc. During the high season, May through November, in addition to the Continental fare listed above, we will also cook fresh, hot breakfasts. Some of what we prepare includes: Omelettes, French Toast with fruit and maple syrup, Frittatas, Quiches, Waffles, Breakfast Pizza, Breakfast Burritos, Baked Eggs, and more...

RATES

Our rates vary according to the time of the year. Ontario HST (13%) will be added to the room rate.

POLICIES

Check-out time: 11am, Check-in time: 3pm (flexible)
Deposit: 50% of total stay.
Cancellation: 14 or more days notice, Deposit refunded less $25 processing fee.
Less than 14 days notice, Deposit refunded if room is re-booked less $25 processing fee.
