ROOMS & AMENITIES
We have four bedrooms from which to choose, all decorated with original art by local artists, including one of our hosts. - Room 1 is our largest room and offers a wonderful view of the Avon River. It features a king size bed or two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Room 2 offers a king size bed or two twin beds and ensuite bath with a bathtub/shower unit.
- Room 3 is a bright and cheery room with a king size bed tucked into an alcove. This room has a private bathroom located a few steps down the hall.
- Room 4 is on the main floor and features king or two twin beds with a private bathroom across the hall. This room also offers a wonderful view of the river.
Our home has central air-conditioning, and the guest living room has a TV and a variety of reading materials. Guests may help themselves to coffee, tea and cookies in our kitchen.
BREAKFAST
We serve a full, sit down breakfast that always includes fresh fruit salad and home baking, as well as a variety of cereals and a hot main dish such as asparagus and potato frittata, or caramel-apple baked French toast, oatmeal pancakes. RATES
Our prices for 2007 are as follows. These prices include PST & GST. Note: US prices will fluctuate with exchange.
• Room 1 - $140 Cdn
• Room 2 - $135 Cdn
• Room 3 - $130 Cdn
• Room 4 - $130 Cdn
Payments may be made with cash, personal cheque,Visa, Master Card or Traveler's cheques.
A $20 discount will be given for off peak rates. (November-April)
POLICIES
Check-in time is from 1 pm to 3 pm. Please advise if you require an early check-in time so we can do our best to be ready for you. Check out time is 10:30 am.
Reservations cancelled 21 or more in advance will receive a full refund, less any bank charges. Cancellations received less than 21 days will be refunded if the room(s) is subsequently rented. Our guests say it best:
